Brooke Burke was the cover girl for Shape Magazine’s January 2011 issue. Who would have imagined that Brooke is a mother of four children with her ultra fit and sexy body. She truly deserves to be the cover girl of Shape Magazine on their first issue for 2011.
There are video clips in the internet for the behind the scenes of her photo shoot and you can see how she posed for the cameras with her gym outfit and her dumbbells and her workout routine are also shown. She seems comfortable and confident during the photo shoot and she was enjoying every minute of it. She is totally a knockout with her physically fit body that she does not really look like a day over 39 years old.
During her photo shoot she was interviewed for the magazine and she talked about her diet, how she keeps herself fit and her very busy life with her family and career. According to Brooke, she has been doing Pilates for ten years now and this has been one of the reasons why she can maintain a good body. Her diet is just actually eating healthy and balanced meals. She says she actually eat five smart meals a day and she never starves herself or has done any quick fix diet regimens.
As a working mother of four, she says it is very challenging to give time to herself because of her hectic life. Brooke, as we all know, is the host of the TV hit show Dancing With the Stars. She says that she gives priority on working out because that is her “me” time and working out is a way to release her stress, a way to feel better and gives her more energy throughout the day.
